The Jokamajo Institute was founded in 2007 as a research institute for the promotion and support of open innovation. The aim of the Institute is to engage people in innovation using technology as a means to innovate. Hereby, technology is regarded as a means to create solutions for societal problems and to support people in their daily lives.
We believe that the most exciting experience for a person is not in the 'use' but in the 'making'. The people we work with are therefore not just ‘users’. They are regarded as active participants in the design process and are believed to be first hand experts of the problems at hand.
So... Jokamajo is an interactive research institute that wants to activate you!
